Anlässlich des Project Space Festival 2016 zeigt uqbar zusammen mit den benachbarten Projekträumen Copyright und Kronenboden die Ausstellung (Para)Matters of Perception mit Arbeiten von Lidija Delić, Nina Ivanović, Sava Knežević, Isidora Krstić, Iva Kuzmanović, Nemanja Nikolić und Marija Ševic. Mit dieser Ausstellung präsentiert der Artist-Run Space U10 aus Belgrad, Serbien, seine Arbeit in Berlin.
Der Raum wurde 2012 aus der Notwendigkeit gegründet, die Sichtbarkeit von jungen Künstlern in ihrem lokalen Kontext zu verbessern, und um einen Ort zu schaffen, der offen steht für alle Kunstformen und Methoden. U10 organisiert ein dynamisches Programm mit monatlichen Ausstellungen sowie Diskussionen, Präsentationen und Führungen, die dem Publikum den Zugang erleichtern sollen. Im Laufe der Jahre hat U10 zudem Projekte und Ausstellungen zwischen serbischen Künstler und Künstler aus Südosteuropa und darüber hinaus initiiert, um den internationalen Austausch zu fördern.
Als Teil der Ausstellung findet ab 20 h ein Talk statt, bei dem U10 mit Aleksandra Jovanić, Universität der Künste, Belgrad, über ihre Arbeit und den Produktions- und Ausstellungskontext Belgrad sprechen. Im Anschluss wird Musik und Drinks aus der Region aufgelegt.

On occasion of the Project Space Festival 2016, uqbar shows in cooperation with the neighboring project spaces Copyright and Kronenboden the exhibition (Para) Matters of Perception with works by Lidija Delić, Nina Ivanović, Sava Knežević , Isidora Krstić, Iva Kuzmanović, Nemanja Nikolić and Marija Ševic from August 12 to 28, 2016. With this exhibition the artist-run space U10 from Belgrade, Serbia, presents its work to a Berlin audience.
The space was founded in 2012 out of the necessity to increase the visibility of young artists in their local context, and to create a place that is open to all art forms and methods. Over the years, U10 also initiated projects and exhibitions between Serbian artists and artists from Southeast Europe and beyond to encourage international exchanges. U10 organizes a dynamic program with monthly exhibitions, as well as discussions, presentations and visits, to facilitate the public access.
In the frame of the opening, U10 will elaborate in a talk with Aleksandra Jovanić, University of Arts, Belgrade, about their work and the production and exhibition context Belgrade. The talk will be followed by music and drinks from the region.
